This is a Maternity Cover, Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our busy Technical Team at Curve, one of Britain’s leading producing theatres, as the Assistant Head of Wardrobe (Maternity Cover). 

This role is offered as a part-time (24 hours per week), annualised hours, Fixed-Term Maternity cover contract (up to 12 months). 

You will assist the Head of Wardrobe in facilitating costume requirements for all in-house and visiting productions, including pre-production, running and maintenance and will ensure all productions are presented to the highest possible standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the temporary wardrobe and wig staff in the absence of the Head of Wardrobe, and will be required to attend production meetings, technical rehearsals and dress rehearsals as necessary.  

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a comparable role with a broad understanding of costume related disciplines. A commitment to achieving high standards, the ability to work quickly under pressure and being able to work as part of a team are vital.
